Hey there,

My cousin has an old Escort Ghia auto with VV carb on 1600 lump, usual running issues with choke on VV - no suprise there. Does anyone still have contacts for supply of weber twin choke carb and manifold and air box or the manual choke conversion kit for VV carb?
Its a long shot but I said I'd ask for him

my advise would be to scrap the vv they have never been any good, plenty of places still do webber carbs just search for them or try e bay.

Thanks mintalking, seems you're the only one replying on this site lol. I've looked on ebay, nothing decent enough for weber with all the fittings, might search further on google etc...I thought it would only be 2nd hand stuff available being such an old model. I told my cousin to scrap the car, that would also scrap the vv, job done lol.
