hello there wondering if anyone experienced this before the heating failed on my ka sport was told the heater valve on the bulkhead was faulty so replaced that its still the same, went to ford they said it could be the thermostate so i replaced that and the heater is still blowing cold :( wondering if the heater matrix is blocked ive flushed the matrix and found alot of rust in there ?

unplug the heater valve unit from the power,if its working then it should make a clicking sound,if its silent then the solenoid is knackered.

someone on here said you can clean the solenoid up so it maybe worth a try.
