39 views and no one this forum has gone down the pan it's not like it used to be it's mainly a forum now on how to clean your car or how long your waiting for your new car.

chill, maybe those 39 don't know the answer, after all you are asking a question specific to one engine.

the answer is generic - follow the HT leads and they will lead to the coilpack.

peace and all that

Most people are on holiday as the schools broke up last week, so I wouldn't necessarily expect an answer in 17 hours.

Im not sure where the coil pack is on yours, but the worst I have seen was on a 2000 1.3 KA. Right down the back of the engine. The only way to get to it was from underneath and even then there was only enough room to change the leads. I couldnt get at it enough to get the coil pack off, so ended up leaving it. Thankfully it didn't need changing.

Most of us on here also have a MK7 and are unable to help with a 10 year old car.

That's why i have joined a fiesta mk5 forum maybe this forum should change it's name to the mk7 forum.

There's already a FiestaMk7 forum...

Anyway, I wasn't saying this is only for MK7 owners - merely pointing out that a high percentage of (certainly the most frequent posters) are! Was not trying to get you to leave or anything, just explaining why you're not receiving many replies.
