Please can anyone help!?
I'm new to this but 2 of the middle seats of my 07 s max are jammed it's the middle seat and the one behind the driver. I've read on here that I need to unbolt seats to check mechanism but how do I do this???
Thanks they are driving me mad!

Err, get a spanner, attach them to the bolts... & turn!
The bolts are on the seat runners - you will need a Torx set to undo them.
