lol, sounds like you're quite prepared.

Be sure to take some pictures if you manage to get out from behind the wheel for more than 5 minutes! (That goes for other new owners too!)

Add them to the collection here - http://www.fordownersclub.com/forums/topic/21645-your-fiesta/ ;)

You definitely sound prepared!

I'll be ordering some new cleaning stuff when I get paid next week (wheel sealant, bilberrys wheel cleaner, new wax etc.

After that, I'll be doing the bulbs as well (being a lease car I can't really do much else!). My list of do items is:

Philips Blue Vision Ultra bulbs to dipped and full beams (plus matching side lights)

De-tango front indicators

LED number plate bulbs

Illuminated gear stick (figure that its an easy thing to reverse when the car goes back)

Sub marine light

Red footweel bulbs

If I could I would add a Montine carbon front splitter and get the rear diffuser wrapped in carbon fibre, but figred that would have some dodgy insurance implications! I would also get it remapped as well...

Get some pics up once you have it.

I highly recommend this Turtle wax kit for the first wax on your new car, cost me 60euro in Halford Ireland but you guys can buy them for £20 on E-bay with free P&P Click Here

really a quality kit.

The submarine light can be purchased from European Parts Click Here

Perhaps the Ambiant Kit to match Click Here

The Illuminated Gear Knob Click Here ( Cheaper than E-bay )

These Footwell lights are Quality Click Here

And these Reg Plate bulbs are Bright enough Click Here

also a nice upgrade to the boot is this custom built led to match the white reg bulbs and illuminate the whole boot,

purchase one myself Click Here

hope these links are of help guys B)

Cheers Lenny. I've already discovered European Parts. I'm planning to do a little thing each month. Cleaning stuff first, followed by the exterior lights. Then I'll do the interior bits.

I forgot to add an armrest and colour coded washer jets to the list.

First job though is a good clean and wax for the winter. Monday seems like ages away.

I've only had one brand new car before, and I was the same then! I keep looking at motorcross mad's car because it is pretty similar to mine.

Not stalking, just trying to avoid preparing project files for a QA audit next week! Anything is better than doing that rubbish, especially on a Friday afternoon!

Waiting on delivery of my zetec 2012, it will not be 61 because I'm having my personal plate registered on it.

Tony

Please post the pics of your new 2012 Zetec when you get it

My car was delivered yesterday afternoon and am very happy with it. The new darker dash is nicer imo than the grey. It needs to loosen up a bit, but fuel economy is ok at the mo (averaging 50 at the mo). The voice control function is good (for the commands that I can remember) and works really well with the phone.

Once I have clayed, polished, sealed and waxed it at the weekend I'll get some pics up.

Congratulations on your purchases. Glad yous like the Fiesta.

To post pics here create an account with photobucket for example. Upload your pics there, then copy and paste the coding from there to here.

Once you do a couple its really easy.

Looking forward to seeing the pics... :)

Amazingly it went OK! Especially as it gets left to the last minute every year and gets done the day before the QA man visits!
