mikester
.. Your reverse parking sensors no longer make the same beeping and instead when you select reverse gear you get a long beep followed by two shorter beeps. After this the sensors make no noise at all?? ONETrueSaturday
.. Your reverse parking sensors no longer make the same beeping and instead when you select reverse gear you get a long beep followed by two shorter beeps. After this the sensors make no noise at all?? Maybe some kind of faulty sensor/connection fault somewhere? Possible water damage from a pressure washer to a sensor I've heard of that before? My mate said to me before try disconnecting the battery to reset the parking sensor system.
mintalkin
try disconnecting the sensors one by one to eliminate the poss faulty one
D4nz0
Not that I think your cars ever dirty but maybe there's something blocking the sensor and its just turning itself off since it's being blocked? But probably more than likely what the others said... a fault that could be reset by disconnecting battery and/or sensors.

Sam C
As said before, it may be worth cleaning them. The sensors on my BM were really really sensitive to dirt and water running over them. Failing that, it's most likely a dodgy connection or a dying sensor. Good luck sorting it out.

Magenta
It's a bit like once or twice I've struggled and cursed to get the ignition key out until I've realised I hadn't put the auto selector into 'park'! IT knows what IT is doing !
