nickotdci Posted September 5, 2011 Share Posted September 5, 2011 Hi all Been having problems with my focus since i picked it up from the main dealer but they can't find it as there computer says NO!!! The problem i'm having is after driving the car for a while it losses power and start juddering while trying to pick up speed this is now starting to p*@s me off and really want to get it sorted so any help would be great. jeebowhite Posted September 6, 2011 Share Posted September 6, 2011 yes you are well within your rights, the vehicle is not fit for purpose and as such you have the right to reject the goods and get a full refund. so if it comes to it, get this done sooner rather than later! have they checked the likes of the fuel filter?
