2 Litre Into Fiesta??

hi, i have brought this up before out of interest but now im aserious! as my can shafts are pretty much gone on my fiesta zetec s (2000 model,mk5) i was wondering how hard it would be to put a similar age engine like the 2 litre one from the mondeo, and what other components i would need. such as driveshafts and wiring looms or ecus?
