btmaldon Posted October 1, 2011 Share Posted October 1, 2011 When was the last time it had an oil and filter change? Sounds like the oil isnt getting to the head. If it has been a while, the engine may need a flush as well. Disconnecting the MAF would only make it run rough. It shouldn't be the cause of any noise.
