any advice on a simple test to check if the fan is coming on on a tddi diesel?

disconect fan pulg should be on the battery side of the fan, and connect it to the battery use two wires with a fuse inline., if it comes on the fan is ok,or you can just turn on the aircon if you have it, that will make the fan come on.
