The backlight on the dials and controls?
auto dims at night ?

also Welcome to the Forum,
if you get a moment join photobucket and upload some picture's of your motor when you get it,
you can then link them to this forum,
once uploaded go to Album,

below or above each picture on photobucket is an Image URL
copy this URL and paste it in to your posts
once pasted in the post remove the
.img
from either side of the link then its job done,

also check out DMB Graphics for Badge overlays or Original Vintage decals Click Here

Hope this helps B)

Seem to have tried everything all seams to work how ever you set it up. You can use the coming home function in two ways, you can set the amount of time that the lights stay on, or you can pull the lights stalk then the lights stay on that way.Setting the dimming function doesn't seam to have any effect.

It's to control the dimming of the instruments. If you have it set to AUTO the buttons on the lower right of the steering column have no effect. If you set it to MANUAL the buttons adjust the brightness up and down.
I have mine on AUTO, works fine so far.

Hi, I thought it was only to do with dimming the lcd screens when it is dark so they don't distract the driver....
