fernsie
Hi guys, I'd like to fit a mount for my iPod Touch to the car, but can't see where to fit one that won't look too out of place. Can't use the vents now, cause they point the wrong way and i'd rather not have something suctioned to the window, but it may end up that way. I use my iPod as SatNav as well, so somewhere with easy eyeline when driving would be nice, but i'm open to any suggestions, as I would consider a sunction mount for SatNav use and somewhere else for daily use. I have looked at various different mounts, but there is just no good surface I can see to stick something to Cheers, Stephen

fernsie
Search ' brodit proclip ' mate I have looked at them. There are a vast array of mounts available, the issue I am having is trying to find somewhere on car to stick it that doesn't make it look like a cheap out of place add-on and if there is an area, a nice mount that will attach to said area Thanks, though

tomo2001
This is my Brodit mount, albeit for a Blackberry. Perfect height for viewing and operating keypad.
fernsie
thanks tomo2001 i certainly haven't seen anything that looks better, so that may be the route to go having looked at he fitting instructions, i wasn't sure how good a fit the plastic clip was that mounts to the dash ... is it secure enough? Rock solid mate. And the cable into the ciggy lighter socket does not get in the way of gearchanges etc.
