khanny Posted November 30, 2011 Share Posted November 30, 2011 hi guys new to this forum, i have a 2003 st 170 and im having steering rack issuse, there is a knock on my steering when turnnig left and im leaking steering fluid. i know i need a new rack but its going to have to wait till after christmas, now im just wondering should there be fpower steering fluid in the passanger side gaitor? as thats where it seems to be leaking from. also it looks possible to remove the steering rack without removing the subframe would it just be a case off removing track rods the 2 steerin rack bolts and any pie work, cheers in advance.
