Reverse Lamp Wiring

Okay, so today i took the reverse light housing off to replace the bulb as i noticed it had blown (or so i thought)

Upon removing i noticed it was FULL of mud and so signs what so ever of the loom... im wondering where the loom comes from (the route it goes) to find it or where it comes from so i can re-wire it.

Also, is this fog light (one with reverse - left hand side) real (working) or a fake (prettyness)?

Focus 1.6 zetec se 2001

Any info would be great. thanks.

the reverse light should be fully functional in that location mate (Real)

since the focus only has got one reverse light i would be concerned, maybe use your hazardlights when reversing, untill you obtain a replacment,

can you upload a picture of the lens unit mate?

any one on here got a haynes manual for the focus Mk1. ??

please look up the colours for the loom cables positive and negative leading to the reverse light unit.
