Hello, i have a 2007 fiesta Zetec s TDCI Van!

so far....

• ST bumpers
• ST spoiler
• ST full leather
• colour coded mirrors, side strips, fog surrounds
• ST alloy wheels
• Mudflaps
• full stainless exhaust system
• ST leather gear lever
• ST handbrake lever
• De-tango front headlights
• Wind deflectors
• Chrome side indicator bulbs

on the list....

• Gearbox & Master cylinder is due to be done
• Hid's 6000k
• Bee sting ariel
• carbon gel overlays
• ST stearing wheel
• Eibach Lowering springs -40mm
• Remap

looking for a few finishing touches? any one got any other ideas?
was looking for a hybrid turbo but can't find one anywhere.

try some turbo companies, CR Turbos, Turbo Dynamics, Turbo Technics, or TDI Turbos... I know one of those definitely produced a hybrid for the 1.6TDCi fiesta, but is now not doing it anymore, i cant remeber which one though...

As for a remap, if you dont mind the travel, RS Tuning in Leeds, have done many 1.6 Fiestas that i personally know of and have been in... And his maps are superb. From his maps youll get about 125bhp and 285nm...

With Hybrid Turbo and focus 110 injectors, and a few other choice mods... its possible to see 150bhp and 350nm... And believe me, the car shifts!!

Also if your going for mental power, get a kestrel or CG Motorsport paddle clutch in while your doing your gearbox!! will save time and effort later lol!

I've heard that the six speed Citroen box should be a direct fit... Let me see what I can find...

nice list of mods you have their,
you may also be interested in the small modification of installing ford focus mk3 mist type jets, their less than £5 for a pair and will save your washer fluid while spraying a mist on the windscreen, see the guide in the list of guides below this post.

DeanWood, did you just opt for the standard 5 speed or did you go to 6 speed?

just went for the 5 speed, happy enough with it back running now so gona do a few bits n pieces to it. i think the 6 speed might be more bother than its worth because no ones ever herd of someone doing it, its offy rare

just dropped van off at bodyshop, getting ST spoiler painted and fitted, ST door trims on the sill and 4 center caps painted because 2 came off and got lost lol will upload pics when jobs done folks..]
