Hi all, The electric window on our 2002 focus has stopped working.
I was told it maybe the switch, so i got a new one (still not working) then was informed it was the motor.
Whilst looking at the motor i noticed a plug that went into the motor when I pressed the plug (see below) - the window worked, so we think it might be a loose connection, does anyone know what the part is called and has anyone come across the same? Seems like there is power going up to the 'plug' but from the plug to the motor there seems to be a problem

Does anyone have any idea?
Thanks
