Yes mate.
400 > primer > 800 > paint > 1200 > lacquer.

Prefacelift they are, facelift can just pull outthe rings on your fiesta are moulded into the dash, the center ones can come off but you have to remove the dash as the whole part is screwed together from inside. basicly its only the facelift version and the newer (current) model that the vents are removable on.

Flap the vent open then pull really hardRight mine is a 2007 fiesta zetec with the restyled lights and bumpers.
