William Crossey Posted February 15, 2012 Share Posted February 15, 2012 depends on whats wrong with it, have you checked its not simply a flat battery.. if the battery is dead its up to you to replace the battery and if its been dead for a while and lost the coding then its up to you again to pay to have it programed though alot of places will do it for you.. if battery is ok and it will not re programe then it should be up to ford providing there is no water ingress when opened. if its not starting the car then its the imobaliser and thats up to ford also... inotherwords starting the car and failure of the fob itself is covered, battery and reprograming/loss of programing up to you.
