rojariggs Posted February 22, 2012 Share Posted February 22, 2012 Could well be oil that was spilt on the engine or the manifold when it was being topped up. That can smell of burning oil can last for a good while after a spill until it all burns off. If you cannot see any obvious leaks, drips or any oil being used then that's a likely culprit.
