Z3 MON Posted February 29, 2012 Share Posted February 29, 2012 Hey guys. Right so its a 2004 mondeo 2.0l tdci run on supermarket fuel nearing 83,000. The symptoms where: Hunting idle Noise engine Knocking engine And a wobble feeling. Some investigating was done and me and 4 mechanics all agreed its the aux belt. Yesterday it had the aux belt, aux tensoner and crank pulley changed. The car sounds so quiet its great. The only symptom that is still there is the wobble, there is no strange noises, car pulls well (although I don't have anything to compare this too), no smoke ect.
