Not had the car 3 months and already needing touch up paint :( Big stone chip on the bonnet just below the windscreen.

Now I've owned Fiats in the past and they had the paint code on a label under the bonnet. I can't find the code on the Fiesta. I've looked in all the usual places (under bonnet, tailgate, VIN plate etc) but no luck. Some websites say it is on the VIN plate but I don't see anything referring to paint. Some places say part no 1697846 but I want to be certain as I'm not sure all Midnight Skys are necessarily the same.

Pretty sure if you went to Ford for it, they'd be able to get it from the reg number, or here; http://www.ebay.co.u...#ht_1093wt_1163

Thanks for the replies. Just wanted to see if I could be sure today and get an order in online (dealer parts depts are closed on Sundays). Looks like there is only one code for Midnight Sky so they haven't changed the mix.
