Bigdaddycain
Google for Armour All Wheel Protectant, check youtube clips. I don't know why they don't sell it in Europe , but you can get it from USA. Aye... I googled it... not the cheapest of stuff is it? Very impressed with the clips though! Bigdaddycain
be carefull they dont come loose and ruin the alloys tiger seal is the most common but the brake heat can make them fall off with a big blob of tiger seal on the cover it literally unsticks some use glue and various epoxies to stick them....i only say as i looked at them a month or so back and heard stories of them coming off and making a nasty mess of alloys and doing some damage to the cars behind in the process ide say give them a good tug every so often Cheers Arthur, i don't need much of an excuse to have a good tugging every so often mate... Joking aside, yes, i've considered the potential damage that could ensue should they work loose... I was actually after a tube of my old favourite SIKAFLEX, but they had none in stock... Now i know that sikaflex bonding just got stronger and stronger with mild heat put through it, i'm hoping tiger seal has the same properties... I was actually quite surprised just how "bonded on" the covers appeared the morning after i must admit, fingers crossed it stays that way! artscot79
cant see many issues if they are checked every so often it doesnt state if the issues were just tiger seal or how much was used its possible just a blob in the centre was used where i believe you would have used more than that. its a shame there wasnt a method of attatching them so they were removable ie designed so that the spring clip on the brakes holds it in place
Pidu
its a shame there wasnt a method of attatching them so they were removable ie designed so that the spring clip on the brakes holds it in place In this case they would not be universal any more, you would need specific type for each car and the price would be much much higher. After all you get what you paid for............
