in the right hand bottom corner of the reply box there is a 'more reply options' box, if you cursor this you will see the upload section you require.

Or you make an account at Imageshack or Photbucket , upload them there and then copy the image link into your post

It's very simple yar... just click on "Reply" and then click on "Choose Files"... then attach the picture...
