Mk7 Mirror Covers?

Has anyone here taken off the mirror covers on MK7 fiesta and know how to release the internal clips? been trying to do it for a while now with no luck

if someone has any advice or a guide of some kind it would be very much appreciated

I'll be making a video on this soon. But in the meantime all I can say is that I grab and pull! With both hands on the cover I pull and twist diagonally away from the car and they release.
