Coolant Temp

Hello All

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to have the engine coolant temp displayed whilst driving please ?

Hi, if you start the car with the speedo diagnostic... that will show the coolant temp, but not the mpg, ect...

One of my friend cooked his engine on the motorway... one stone in the radiator, all water gone.... and it have no any warning sign!!! just when you smel the coolant, and feeling the engine performance geting lower... and that time, is too late :(

I'm not sure getting rid of the traditional gauge is such a good idea . . .

I think youd have more chance to avoid problems if you could see a guage going towards the red, rather than a light !

Surely they should program the light to come on with plenty of warning =/
