William Crossey
its most likely that the duel mass flywheel is on its way out, when the damping springs insidt it fails then they dont absorb the torque.. a tell tell to look out for is to unbolt the starter and look inside the gearing at the end and if a metalic dust comes out then its on its way out. oilcan
I decided not to do anything about the noise as I presumed it was flywheel/clutch problem. However the middle box started blowing so \\\i replaced it,and guess what the noise has gone!!!!!
