please help i have just brought a 2002 mondeo ghia tdci ,it has a 5 speed g/box ,the exhaust has 2 tailpipes ,it goes very well ,quicker than my old 120bhp laguna, i need to know what bhp it is for my insurance company ,there is nothing on the engine cover or slam panel ,and it didnt say on the log book ,

Hi and welcome, do a web search for ford etis and enter your reg No it should show the spec

can the insurance company not retrieve this info from the reg?

They normally do, they're probably doing this as a sly way to see if the car has been chipped/mapped.
