Hi i had my MOT and had my cat converter changed due to high emissions.

I just wanted to know in a ford or with any car, do you have to have the sensor inside the cat replaced seperatley?

Because thats what the garage is saying, they have put the old sensor in and the engine management light still comes on.

or am i being messed about ?

Hope someone can help.
