please can you all help ?? my focus c-max when the ignition is turned off the lights, indicators and wipers are going but when i start it all is fine can anyone help me please ???

does this happen after heavy rain? it sound like water ingress into the fuse panel causing thing to short.

it was the first time its done this but it was after very heavy rain and loads of surface water but the heavy rain was 2 days before the electrics went mad

I reckon water in the fuse panel too.
It can take a while to work through to the fuses.
