i've just bought a 2009 c max titanium, lovely car and really happy with it.
It has the Sony CD head unit which has the phone controls. I suspect that the bluetooth module isnt actually installed as when i press mute it just says "Audio Muted" and i cannot find any settings in the menu (unless there is a hidden menu to activate) regarding bluetooth. Would i be right in thinking its not installed? Is there any way to know for sure ?

The Bluetooth unit is hidden above/behind the glovebox liner. You'll spot it easily if it's there.
