Hey guys

I recently got into my car today and the day before and the inside of the car smelt like old damp clothes, it was horrible! I hope it's just that it needs a clean or something worse! I hope others can help and it just needs a clean! Will update later when cleaned

Thanks

Sounds like you may have leak somewhere.

Check all your carpets and window seals.

Could be your pollen filter housing is leaking or has water resting on the filter,

this will allow mildue to grow quite fast due to the warm air flowing through the filter everytime you switch on the heater in the car,

since its a 2011 id bring it back to the garage mate, but if you want to have a look then the pollen filter housing it fitted behind the glove box on the passenger side of the dash and if its leaking through to the car then the passenger footwell area will be damp too.

Dont know if Poundshop sell this anymore but may be sold in Halfords or eBay.
