Hi I have a 2007 Focus 1.6 TDCI 110. It has 87000miles on the clock and had bought it second hand about 8 months ago. I have been using 5W30 low sap fully synthetic oil but I still get less then desirable mpg - about 40 when i drive real carefully. is it safe to use a product which cleans carbon build, like SeaFoam on it? thanks, Mark

Try BG 244, it's not cheap but only needs doing occasionally.
