HI DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD A FREE MANUAL FOR MY FORD FOCUS DIESEL ESTATE 1.8 (200) MODEL ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED THANKS

Did you get sorted with your problem?
If not I have a copy of the FORD TIS on disc, (Fords workshop manual for all Fords)
This gives detailed descriptions and diagrams on everything ford related. Ive got a MKI focus and have used it several times to replace discs / pads, elec window etc.

Dont suppose you have one of them for the Mk2 have you??

Most of the copies of TIS (which I add is illegal to own if you are not a authorised user) are the 2003 version which of course doesnt cover the Mk2
