Hi,
Im a newbie and need advice.
I want to lower my mondeo by 40mm - Do I need to change the shocks? If I don't change the shocks will the car be too spongy/ hit the bump stops? Help - thanks in advance.

personally i would get shortened shocks but you might just get away with 40mm. you may find the shocks wear out very quickly though
