hI, can i download a service sheet anywhere containing oil capacity, type of oil 5w 30 maybe and other helpfull bit of info. When should the cambelt be changed this sort of thing. I have been googling but not much luck. I also have a 04 1.4 petrol 16000 only so a sheet for that would also be very useful. thanks

Just to get you started, oil is 5w30 Castrol magnatec fully synthetic approx 4.5 litres.

Cam belt interval of 100k although many change them at 75 - 80k.
