Hi everyone
My front door lock is broken, it wont lock either physically or by central locking. I can unlock but not lock. It was sticking when locking and then it seemed as if something eiither broke or came off and stopped working. I was wondering if anybody had any ideas before I start taking the door apart and getting a new lock.

Hi, it's probably the bar that connects the lock to the release mechanism.
I'm afraid you'll need to remove the door card to sort it out.
