John6177
Hi All, I am new to this forum, and am here to discuss a problem with my Ford Fiesta Ghia. The car is an 2000 reg with a 1.25 zetec s engine in it, the issue i am having with the car only happens when I depress the clutch and change through the gears, while changing up or down their is movement and a clunking noise, I believe this is coming from the lower mount by the gearbox, but am not sure. Advise please as it makes the car hard to drive at the mo. :) John
Stoney871
I'd get the geartbox mount checked, the spring may be corroded, snapped or worn out. A knackered one will really mess with the geometry of the drivetrain.
