I have recently brought a Ka2 and i was told the rust on the car had been treated, but when i took a closer look at it the other day and noticed that the rust was still flakey, all the rust is on the driver side and surprisingly there is none around the filler cap, does anoyone recommend any treatment for the rust?

any help would be much appreciated
