My brother in law has just bought a 55 plate focus. He likes listening to talksport which is on MW, he reckons the reception is terrible in the new car
where as his older focus, he could get a cracking reception.
Is this a common thing with the newer cars ?? Has it got a signal amplifier ?? Is it possible to buy one ??

I get the same problem with my 06 fiesta.The signal was perfect in the 03 model but bad in the 06 one.Strange how it happens in more than one model.
