Fiesta Mk6 Air Filter

How do i get the air filter housing off to replace the filter ,do i need special tool,

undo all screws from air filter box,remove black hose then with both hands on filter box give it a hard yak upwards, the reason for it being tight is the 2 black rubber grommet  is dry.  good luck
