Nice looking S1600 , those wheels look brand new , do you use some protection on them so they are easier to clean?

Hi mate, yes I use Auto Finesse mint rims, its an alloy wheel wax, designed to be used in high temperatures so the brake dust doesn't melt it away.

Give the wheels a really good clean and apply it, I then top it up every three months. It makes them mega easy to clean, literally a blast from a pressure washer and they come up squeaky clean.

Here's a link - its a bit pricy but well worth it http://www.polishedb...-mint-rims.html

Oh and I always avoid parallel parking so I don't curb them :P

As you know I have a son - he makes it impossible to keep it clean!! I remember when I first bought the car. "There will be no eating in the new car" I said. Er yer that lasted 2 minutes

Looks very nice, great pictures!

slightly jealous of the twin exhausts on show, mine is a 60 plate so exhaust pipes are hidden :( will definitely be a mod for the future i think!

Looks great mate, hope mine looks as nice when I get it Friday. Will have to try that mint rims I think, mine had brake dust all over them and that was on a forecourt from a few test drives. Lol

Love the car! Got myself a Metal Edition. How did you go about doing the blue footwell lighting inside the car? Looking to get red in mines to suit the lighting on the dashboard and screen! Cheers

All the wiring is there already. Just buy some red led 501 bulbs off eBay
