What are the best rear brake drum shoes? Are the OEM shoes ok? What are the alternatives?

I suppose the same question goes about the drums. Are there any better alternatives?

brake drums are not fitted for high performance so the standard setup is fine - providing they are maintained and adjusted correctly.
