Hi I have an 07 ranger 2.5 thunder, looking to change oil, which is best fully synthetic or semi or normal oil..... ??

i tend to use castrol magnatec for ford 5-30 had no problems with it in 145K miles

Magnatec fully synthetic 5w30 is recommended for all Ford's across the range.

Most vehicles from 2006 use Fully Synthetic apparently.
