Hi, new to this forum, but hope someone can help?

I have just replaced the flywheel and clutch on our 1.8 TDCI focus (there's a story   ) but now have the following problem.

when the car is started, the cooling fan comes on immediatly, and after a short while the the aircon fan allso kicks in too (could be other way round) I have checked all connections were re connected, and re-seated them allso. i have checked that the air con is not on, and that the blowere settings are not set to de-mist. I have run the diagnostics, and as far as i can tell, the engine temperature is rrading correct.

any help/suggestions greatly apreciated.
