Hi Guys!

My Name is Dave :)

I have recently bought a Ford Fiesta 1.25 LX 53 plate.

Turns out the headgasket has gone and there is a bit of corrosion on the brake lines/brake pads - took it back to the dealer who wouldn't repair/replace/refund me so its currently going through trading standards!

However if it doesn't work out or even if it does I could still have this car left with me, and to be honest even with the faults and the work needed ranging to near £1000! I still love the look and the way this car used to drive, it was a dream compared to my old Saxo!

I will be spending my time browsing the forums for advice on how to possibly do most repairs myself as a little project and get that £1000 repair bill down! :)

I have attached a copy of the faults found if anyone is interested :)
