Hi all i am a new member, i have a 2003 mondeo st220 3L v6 just noticed a problem started when i change gear the revs stay stuck at whatever they were when i dip the clutch but if i stop the car and switch off the engine and back on the problem dissapears for a short while but re-appears again from time to time any body have any ideas its driving me up the wall. cheers

If its fly by wire throttle (which I'm sure it is) new accelerator pedal time. Throttle position sensor in the pedal wears with time. Common fault on the focus diesel too.
