martyntdci Posted October 2, 2012 Share Posted October 2, 2012 Found the problem of poor running after the map was the egr valve, it is now totally blanked off before the egr cooler with a piece of 3mm galv..... After reading up a little not to sure on either where ive blanked it off is correct, or blanking it off all together was the right idea due to the nox burning at a higher temp, hence the reason for the cooler?? on the other hand my egr is all electronic, but blanked off has thrown no eml light up...... this is a 2008 1.8 tdci duratorq engine.....
