how can i get my mondeo mk3 to waste gate flutter sound or dump up wiv out spendin aload of cash

Once the exhaust back-box falls off an ST-TDCI it can make a "waste gate flutter" sound when changing up (especially if a decat pipe is fitted) of course, an ST-TDCI does not have a waste gate as it has a variable vane turbo
some 2.0 TDCIs have middle silencers though (ST-TDCI does not)
