Cylinder 4 Injector Control Circuit High.
Not sure exactly what it means but points you in the direction of the number 4 injector. Is the car running OK as it may just be a blip and only needs the code clearing.
I would check the connections to the injector and may be put a fuel cleaner through the tank.

car is running on 3 . Have put a forte cleaner through it . Have cleaned terminals. ????
