Jager King
Was then offered the full Rs interior But at the same time, some Genuine Rs rear quarter panels came up... I went for those instead. The interior will have to wait for now. :( So, just waiting on those arriving and at the same time looking for a decent body shop to get them fitted!

Jager King
I finally managed to find a local-ish coachworks to take on the work and we've settled on a price, so i'm in the process of saving up for it.. and as I expected, its not going to be cheap.

Luke23 tdci
How much do u think u would have spent at the end ?. Could you have bought a genuine rs for close to the price you would have spent.
artscot79
yeah and the insurance will jump up to close to an rs as well since its a replica with all the rs mods they will ask for a hefty penny
Jager King
How much have all the body parts cost you ?if you don't mind me asking I've been very lucky with the body parts. I'd say roughly around the 1500 mark, cheap considering the quarter panels on there own are close to £1700
Jager King
How much do u think u would have spent at the end ?. Could you have bought a genuine rs for close to the price you would have spent. I get this question all the time, taking the value i got my car at + what i've spent, its still no where near current RS prices. Also i would have needed to get the RS on H.P, (dont have a spare 20k sitting around) which would mean i'd have spent a further few grand on top of the RS price. & i'd still have had to pay to get it painted orange :D
